This salad is a great make-ahead lunch. I usually make it on Sunday and then eat it for lunch throughout the week.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my salad didn't turn out very well. The dressing was too oily and the vegetables were bland.

This salad was a bit bland for my taste. I think it could have used more seasoning.

I'm not a big fan of edamame, but I really enjoyed this salad. The dressing is what makes it.
