I'm not a big fan of sumac, but I still enjoyed this dish. The eggs and potatoes were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were well-balanced. I would definitely make this again, but I would probably use a different spice instead of sumac.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover eggs. I had some hard-boiled eggs from Easter, and they worked perfectly in this dish. The potatoes and sumac added a lot of flavor, and the whole dish came together quickly and easily.

I love the crispy edges of the potatoes in this dish. They add so much flavor and texture. I also like the way the sumac brightens up the dish. It's a really unique and flavorful dish.

This dish is a great way to start your day. It's protein-packed and filling, and the sumac gives it a nice boost of flavor. I like to serve it with a side of toast or pita bread.

This dish was a hit with my family! The combination of eggs, potatoes, and sumac was delicious, and the crispy edges of the potatoes added a nice textural contrast. I will definitely be making this again.
