Fresh Peach Cobbler image

This is my very favorite summer dessert. I remember as a child, going with my parents to the peach stands and picking out the prettiest peaches...We always ate peaches on the way home and the juice would dribble down our chins...Those were the days...There are still plenty of stands all over the place and now is the time to pick...

I've made this cobbler twice now and it's always been a success. The first time I made it, I used fresh peaches from my backyard. The second time, I used frozen peaches and it was just as good.
