Frosted Pecan Butter Cookies image

Lemon frosting gives my delicate cream-colored butter cookies a special zest. The citrusy hint of sunshine is extra welcome in winter, and crispy pecans fill every delicious bite.

These cookies are absolutely delicious! They're so soft and chewy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness. I love the frosting too - it's rich and creamy, and it really complements the cookies.
