FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE
This cake is always requested at the dessert table at Church dinners! It is a fruit cake that actually gets eaten!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 cake pan.
- 2. Mix all ingredients except brown sugar in large bowl. (Works best with electric mixer! - and it will be a thick batter)
- 3. Sprinkle top with brown sugar. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool. Serve topped with whipped cream.
