This bread is a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. I added a cup of mashed potatoes to the dough and it made the bread extra soft and fluffy.

I used fresh basil from my garden and the bread was so flavorful. I could really taste the difference between the fresh basil and the dried basil that I usually use.

I added a bit of shredded Parmesan cheese to the dough and it was amazing! The cheese added a savory flavor to the bread that took it to the next level.

I made this bread with whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour and it turned out great! The bread was still soft and fluffy, but it had a slightly nutty flavor that I really enjoyed.

This bread was a bit too dry for my taste. I think I should have added more butter or milk to the dough. However, the flavor was still good and I would be willing to try it again with some modifications.

I'm not a big fan of garlic, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I'm so glad I did! The bread was delicious and the garlic flavor was not overpowering at all. I will definitely be making this bread again.
