GARLIC SHRIMP PASTA image

Yield 2 to 3 bowls

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Tbl olive oil and 1 Tbl butter
12 medium uncooked shrimp
2 finely minced garlic cloves
1 cup cooked, cold angel hair pasta
2 Tbl Boursin Cheese
1/3 Cup grated Reg. Parmesan Cheese
cherry tomatoes
chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Saute shrimp in olive oil and butter adding garlic. Remove shrimp and add cooked pasta to the boil until remaining sauce is absorbed. Remove pasta, add to shrimp and mix in cheeses and other ingredients. May be served warm or cold.
