Steps:
- 1. In a small glass, mix oil and pomegranate molasses until blended. Set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped onions with the spices and seasoning.
- 3. Add the tomatoes, parsley and walnuts to the onions. Add the oil mixture and toss gently.
- 4. Stir in the watercress and combine well. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the salad and serve.
