Get In My Belly Sausage Soup Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: vegetable oil, kielbasa sausage, leek, green onions, corn, kidney bean, tomato paste, McCormick dark chili powder, water

vegetable oil
1 package kielbasa sausage, cubed
1 leek, white park only, sliced
6 green onions, white part only, chopped
1 can corn, drained
1 can kidney bean, drained
1 can tomato paste
2 teaspoons McCormick dark chili powder
water

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a deep-bottomed pot and add sausage. Cook until browned.
  • Add onions and sausage and cook until tender. Then add chili powder, corn, kidney beans, and tomato paste and stir to combine.
  • Add enough water to cover the contents of the pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve alongside a toasted French baguette.
