Quick and easy breakfast dish that I've used for a long time. A friend who owns a B & B gave it to me. FOOTNOTE: Revised 1/22/07 to include size of bread cubes and oven temp--sorry about that Bergy! :)

I'm not usually a big fan of eggs, but these were really good. The melted cheese and chives really made the dish.

These were a great way to start my day! The eggs were fluffy and the cheese was melted perfectly. I added some chopped tomatoes and spinach to mine for a little extra flavor and nutrition.

This is my new favorite breakfast recipe! It's so easy to make and it's always a hit with my family. The eggs are perfectly cooked and the cheese is melted and gooey. I love that I can customize it with my favorite toppings, like avocado or salsa.

These eggs were absolutely delightful! The combination of flavors from the melted cheese, crispy bacon, and fluffy eggs was heavenly. I loved the way the chives added a subtle oniony flavor to the dish. I will definitely be making this recipe again a
