I'm not a big fan of frittata, but this one was really good. The gouda and turkey were a great combination, and the frittata was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be making this again.

This frittata was delicious! I used a combination of sharp and mild cheddar cheese, and it was the perfect amount of cheesy goodness. The turkey and vegetables added a nice savory flavor.

This frittata was just okay. It was a bit bland for my taste, and the texture was a little dry. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a stronger cheese, like cheddar or Parmesan.
