Graham Cracker (Or Vanilla Wafer) Pie Crust image

I found this recipe in the first issue of Cooking Light and it really is great. Adding the egg white is a brilliant idea! Holds together very well. I am diabetic so I love the reduced sugar and reduced fat content.

The crust was a bit crumbly, but it still tasted good. I think I'll try pressing it into the pie pan a bit more firmly next time.

This crust was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try using less sugar next time.

I've tried both graham cracker and vanilla wafer crusts, and I have to say I prefer the vanilla wafer crust. It's just a bit more delicate and flavorful.
