1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 large garlic cloves, sliced or finely chopped

I'm a vegetarian, so I used a veggie burger patty instead of a beef patty. It was delicious!

I'm allergic to mushrooms, so I made this burger without them. It was still really good!

This recipe is too complicated. I prefer simpler burgers.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is the type of cheese. I used cheddar cheese instead of swiss cheese, and I think it would have been better with swiss.
