Gulf-Style Citrus Shrimp image

The tang of citrus gives wonderful flavor to this special shrimp recipe. It calls for the refrigerated, fresher, fettucine but could substitute 4 1/2 ounces of the boxed dry type of fettucine. This is a recipe from the "Land O Lakes" website.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my shrimp turned out rubbery. I'm going to try again and see if I can get it right next time.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover shrimp. I always have a bag of frozen shrimp in my freezer and this is a great way to use them up.

This dish was a little too spicy for my taste. I would recommend using less cayenne pepper next time.
