This recipe is an absolute winner for brunch, lunch or whenever. People really seem to go for the big chunks of ham combined with the flavors of mustard and cheese. Because it's assembled the night before, it is a nifty make-ahead potluck dish. -Nina Clark, Wareham, Massachusetts

I made these puffs for a party and they were a huge hit! Everyone loved them. They were so easy to make and they were a great way to use up some leftover ham and cheese. I will definitely be making these again.

These puffs were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would use less butter next time. Otherwise, they were easy to make and they were a good appetizer.
