Time 1h40m

Yield 4 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 lb ground beef
1 cup mixed mushrooms, finely chopped
1 lb smoked ham, ground
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 onion, minced
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cracker crumb
2 tablespoons catsup

Steps:

  • Mix ground beef, mushrooms, ham, ketchup, onion, eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and cracker crumbs together; I think this step would be good in a food processor.
  • Place in greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 90 minutes. After it has baked 30 minutes top with ketchup.
  • Finish baking.

I'm not a big fan of meatloaf, but this recipe was actually pretty good. The ham and mushrooms gave it a nice flavor.

This meatloaf was a little dry for my taste. I think I'll add some more moisture next time.
