Ham and Swiss Cheese Quiche image

This quiche has been a family favorite for many years. Very tasty and fairly easy to make. It has a mild flavor and even my kids liked it (if they couldn't see the green pepper.) You can use left over ham or as I often do ham lunch meat. This does make a very full pie crust.

I didn't have any Gruyère cheese, so I used cheddar cheese instead. It was still good, but I think the Gruyère cheese would have been better.

The crust was soggy. I think I would blind-bake it next time.

The quiche was a bit dry. I think I would add more milk or cream next time.
