Steps:
- Add ham bone and water to pot to make ham broth.
- Mix dry ingredients, work in crisco as you would pie dough (food processor). Add milk - dough should be soft.
- Roll a little thicker than pie crust and cut into 1" squares and drop into boiling ham broth a few at a time so boiling doesn't stop. Cook 20 mins without cover and then 20 mins with cover.
