Well I had a pound of hamburger meat thawed and didn't want to do the same ol thing. We really like chicken pot pie so why not? This is my take on beef pot pie. It certainly passed the husband test! There are many variations you can adapt on this! Enjoy! Sorry! We enjoyed it a little too quickly and I almost forgot my picture!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef with chopped onion. Drain grease and add the chicken cube, pepper and thyme. Let that incorporate into the beef. You won't need salt with this because of the soups.
- 2. Mix in your two cans of soup and softened cream cheese. Once warmed through add your veggies and heat through well. My veggies consist of peas, carrots, corn and green beans.
- 3. Spray a 9 X 13 casserole dish with non stick spray and dump your meat mixture into it.
- 4. Unfold your pastry sheet on a flat, dry surface. I use a pizza cutter to cut my dough. Here you can get creative. I just cut strips and do a braided lattice on top of my meat mixture. That's it y'all. Pop it in the oven until the pastry is golden. Maybe about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!!
