Harvest Pork Stew image

Defiantly a fall time main meal Done in the crock pot it becomes an easy meal. So many different vegetables you get it all in one dish! Change the vegetables and change the seasoning for a new twist each time you make this I got the idea from another recipe but changed some ingredients and ended up with this. When this was done, I thought that I had used ground pork!

I made this stew for a potluck and it was a big hit! Everyone loved it. I think the key is to use high-quality ingredients and to let the stew simmer for a long time so that the flavors can really develop.

This pork stew was a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I'll use less chili powder next time. Otherwise, it was a good recipe and the pork was very tender.

I followed the recipe exactly and the stew turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a bit more salt and pepper. Other than that, it was perfect.
