HARVEY WALLBANGER CAKE
This is my husband's favorite birthday cake. In this photo, the cake has been decorated for my husband by my son who was 7 at the time. He used lots of jimmys! The cake is like the old Harvey Wallbanger drink, but in a delicious, moist cake-form. The Vodka and Galiano help make it moist and delicious.

Steps:
- 1. Put all cake ingredients in mixing bowl together, beat 4 minutes.
- 2. Pour into bundt pan or 2 round cake pans.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 or 50 minutes.
- 4. For frosting, use beaters to cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar, demerara sugar and light brown sugar together.
- 5. Add orange juice and Galliano to thin the frosting to drizzle over bundt cake.
