1 cup light vanilla soy milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
6 ice cubes
1 small banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine vanilla soy milk, pumpkin puree, ice, banana, vanilla protein powder, and ground cinnamon in a blender; blend until smooth.

This smoothie was just okay. I thought it was a little too sweet, and I didn't really like the texture. I might try making it again with less sugar and a different type of milk.
