This sauce is incredible. One of my own concoctions but good enough for a marriage proposal. Simmering this sauce just makes it better. The batch is large enough to freeze some for later use. If there is any left!

- 1. Brown ground beef and add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 8 hours. Remove bay leaves before serving. This sauce can be frozen or canned to use at a later time. NOTE: Spices should be adjusted to your taste. This sauce is quite mellow.
