I would not recommend this recipe. It was a lot of work and the end result was not worth it.

This recipe is a waste of time. The flavors were bland and the quinoa was undercooked.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my dish didn't turn out as well as I hoped. The quinoa was a bit too mushy.

I love the combination of flavors in this dish. The sweetness of the corn and the zestiness of the lime and chili powder are a perfect match.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover quinoa. I had some cooked quinoa in the fridge and this recipe was the perfect way to use it up.

The quinoa was a bit too spicy for my taste, but that's easily fixed by reducing the amount of chili powder. Otherwise, this is a great recipe that I'll definitely be making again.
