Hungarian Pork Chops image

I first found this recipe in a community cookbook when I was a kid learning to cook. My family loved it, and we have enjoyed it ever since.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4-6 boneless pork chops
flour
salt and pepper
paprika
1 small onion
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bag. Place pork chops in bag of flour mixture, and shake to cover.
  • 3. Dip chops in olive oil and place in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 4. Chop onion and mix with Can of cream of mushroom soup. Spoon over chops and bake another 15-20 minutes.
