I love this quick little drink in the morning. Found it on the label of a bottle of Indian Summer Apple Juice. I like to use my magic bullet blender.

Steps:
- Put both ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high for 30 seconds. or until well mixed and smooth.
- Variations: Blend in one of the following flavor ideas for a change of pace: 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg; 1 medium banana; 1 cup frozen strawberries (partially thawed) and 1 medium banana; 2 cups frozen blueberries (partially thawed) and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice; 1 cup frozen blueberries (partially thawed) along with 1 cup frozen peach slices (partially thawed) and 1 tablespoon honey.
