ITALIAN STUFFED MEATLOAF image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 whole Rib Eye Roast (About 10 lbs)
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1.5 lbs Italian Cheese (White American can be substituted)
Eggs
Tomato Soup
New Potatoes
2 or 3 medium Onions
1 clove Garlic (More if Desired)
1/2 cup Salt
2 cups Pepper

Steps:

  • Grind up the Rib Eye into hamburger. Fine dice one clove of garlic. Medium dice of 2 or 3 onions. (depending on your fondness of onion) Quarter the new potato's. Slice cheese or chunk Mix the freshly ground Hamburger, eggs, onions, garlic, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and salt/pepper. Separate into two equal pieces once mixed thoroughly. Take a large roasting pan and lay out one of the pieces of the hamburger mixture into the bottom of the pan. Lay out the cheese in the middle of the meat and allow 1 inch around the edges for sealing purposes. Add the second piece of the hamburger mixture over the top of the cheese to cover and come to the ends ov the bottom piece. Seal the edges by pressing with your fingertips. Ass the new potato's around the sides of the meatloaf. Pour the tomato soup over and around the meatloaf to cover the entire product. Bake covered (With a lid or foil) in a preheated oven at 350 degree's for 2.5 hours or until done. Serve and Enjoy.
