Italian Style Brussels Sprouts image

A simple, delicious change of pace for plain old Brussels sprouts. I usually do them in the microwave, but these can also be done by steaming, boiling, or oven roasting. Whatever way suits a person best.

These sprouts were a bit soggy for my taste. I think I'll roast them at a higher temperature next time.

Roasted the sprouts for 25 minutes instead of 20 and they were perfect. Nice and caramelized.

I've tried many Brussels sprout recipes and this one is by far the best. The combination of balsamic vinegar, honey, and Parmesan cheese is divine.
