Jane's Potatoes image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (32-ounce) package frozen hashbrown potato
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of potato soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces sour cream
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, onion, soups, sour cream and salt together. Pour into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with crackers and pour butter over all.
