5 stars! This recipe is a keeper. I made it for my family and they loved it. It's a great way to use up leftover Spam. I will definitely be making this again.

This is a great recipe! I've made it several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I usually add a little bit of chopped jalapeno to give it a little kick. Yum!
