I received this at my annual Christmas bake exchange. This treat didn't last long and so I asked for the recipe so I could make another batch myself. This square is quite rich so you can cut it into small pieces. Place into mini muffin cup papers for an extra special touch

Steps:
- Melt first 3 ingredients together.
- Add Rice Krispies, and mix well.
- Pour into a 9X9 foil lined pan.
- Cool slightly while preparing topping.
- Pour topping over top and refrigerate.
- Keep cool until ready to serve.
