This is from Kolb's Restaurant in New Orleans, LA. It opened in 1899 and I think it closed in the 1990's. It's main specialty was German food. Kolb's history: http://old-new-orleans.com/NO_Kolbs.html

I followed the recipe exactly, but my dressing didn't turn out right. It was too watery and didn't have much flavor. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This dressing is a bit too sweet for my taste. I also found it to be a bit too thick. However, I think it would be good on a salad with a lot of different toppings.

I've tried many house dressings, but this one is by far the best. It has the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and creaminess. I highly recommend it!

This is my go-to dressing for salads. It's always a crowd-pleaser and even my picky kids love it. I also like that it's made with healthy ingredients.

I made this dressing last night and it was delicious! I used it on a salad with grilled chicken and avocado. The dressing was creamy and flavorful, and it really complemented the other ingredients. I'll definitely be making this dressing again.

This is the best house dressing I've ever tried! It's so versatile and goes well with so many different dishes. I've used it on salads, grilled chicken, and even as a marinade. It's always a hit!
