Lavender Syrup image

Yield 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon dried lavender buds

Steps:

  • Place the water, sugar, and lavender in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, partially covered, for 15 minutes. Strain and cool. Cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
