Steps:
- 1. In frying pan add 4 TBS. of butter to bacon drippings ...saute' onion until sligthly browned ... add bacon and sauerkraut to onion and cook on low/med heat stirring often for about 5-7 minutes ...add remaining butter... add cooked noodles and cook on low for another 5 minutes, stirring often. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve
