Time 1m

Yield 1 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (6 ounce) can tuna (previously mixed with mayo and anything else you like and refrigerated at least overnight)
1 cup cottage cheese
Ritz crackers (optional) or saltine crackers (optional)
salsa (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix it up, about half tuna, half cottage cheese.
  • Eat with a spoon or on crackers topped with salsa.
  • If you don't have cottage cheese, tuna with salsa on Saltines is my second favorite.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. The tuna and cottage cheese were not very flavorful, and the celery and onion didn't add much. I would not make this again.

This was a good recipe. The tuna and cottage cheese were a good combination, and the celery and onion added a nice crunch. I would have liked it a little more flavorful, but that's just my personal preference.
