Lima Bean Blue Cheese Bake image

I can't remember where this recipe originally came from but it's a treat for those lima bean lovers out there.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box frozen lima beans, cooked
1/2 c blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c beef consomme
2 tsp melted butter
1/8 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs. Put in a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
  • 2. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
