Lisa's French Coconut Pie image

My family loves it. I make from scratch. They are so delicious and tasty.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c margarine
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
3 eggs
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 c coconut, flaked
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in mixer bowl. Beat until blended. Stir in coconut. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 F. for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 6.
