Loose Meat Sliders image

This recipe is something that I make for the kids. It tastes ood and fit their little hands perfectly. It's a little messy but delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion. diced
1 tsp cumin
1 tblsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1 pkg. king hawaiian rolls
9 slices cheese, sandwich slices
bread and butter pickles
mustard

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet sauté the onion and ground beef together. Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2. Take a square pan,split the whole package of rolls in half but do not pull them apart. Place the bottom half in the pan.
  • 3. Layer the rolls with the beef mixture, top the beef with cheese slices. Cover with top layer of the rolls.
  • 4. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Take out, pull apart and plate. Garnish with mustard and pickles.
