Magic Egg Custard Pie image

This is so good. Fast and it makes its own crust. My family loves this custard pie. Yummy

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 c butter, melted
4 eggs
3/4` c white sugar
1 pinch salt
2 c milk 2%
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 c all purpose flour

Steps:

  • 1. Put all ingredients in blender.Blend 30 seconds. Pour into two buttered 8 inch pie pans.Sprinkle with nutmeg.Bake at 350 degree for 45 to 50 minutes
