These roll-ups were a great way to use up leftover chicken. I had some rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and it worked perfectly.

I had a hard time finding corn tortillas that were the right size. I ended up using flour tortillas instead and they worked just fine.

These roll-ups were a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I think next time I'll use less chili powder.
