Steps:
- Cook macaroni. Grate cheese. In large mixing bowl, mix melted margarine and flour. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Stir in evaporated milk and part of cheese. Add cooked macaroni and milk. Add the rest of the cheese, reserving some for the top. Add salt to taste. Pour into 9 X 13 casserole dish and stir to distribute cheese evenly. Bake about 30 minutes at 350*. IMPORTANT: Half way through baking, stir the mac and cheese then top with remaining cheese.
