Mango-Chile-Lime Lassi image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1/4 cup sugar, optional, depending on the sweetness of the mango
4 mangos, peeled and diced (or about 2 cups frozen mango chunks, thawed)
1 lime, zested and juiced
2 teaspoons chile powder
Large pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 to 1 cup water, depending on how juicy the mangoes are
Pinch kosher or sea salt

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
