MAPLE CHICKEN KABOBS image

Yield approx 4 but recipe can be modified for more

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 red onion cut into chunks
1 green pepper cut into chunks
cherry tomatoes to fill kabobs
maple bbq sauce (such as dianna maple)

Steps:

  • Soak wooden skewers for 30 min in water. While they are soaking , cut vegetables and chicken into bite size pieces. Place a piece of chicken, then veg and alternate until skewers are full. Place on heated bbq turning once then brush on maple bbq sauce on both sides. Turn once more to cook sauce remove and enjoy!!!!
