Martha Stewart's Egg Salad image

I was looking for something to do with all the hard boiled Easter eggs and wanted a different egg salad, this a recipe she would make for her daughter. I love the different flavors in this instead of plain egg salad. I made mine with the mustard powders and another batch with the cayenne pepper. Hope you enjoy a different twist on this egg salad. Preparation time does not include time for boiling eggs.

This egg salad was just okay. It was easy to make, but the flavor was a little bland. I think it needed more salt and pepper. I also would have liked to see some more vegetables in it, like diced cucumber or bell pepper.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this egg salad. I'm not usually a fan of egg salad, but this recipe was really good. The flavors were well-balanced and the texture was perfect. I will definitely be making this again.

I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. It's a really simple recipe, but the flavors all come together perfectly. I love the addition of the Dijon mustard and the fresh herbs. It really makes the egg salad more flavorful.

This is the best egg salad recipe I've ever tried! It's so easy to make and the flavor is amazing. I love that it uses celery and red onion for a little bit of crunch. I also like that it's not too mayonnaise-y. I will definitely be making this again
