Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven 350• F. Spray lasagne pan with Pam .
- 2. Layer potatoes, bell pepper , spam and butter dots .repeating until all are used.
- 3. Open can of soup and pour on top of layers . Add can of milk to soup and stir together on top of layers .cover with foil and put in oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and allow to bake another 15 mins or until browned and bubbly on top.
