Mayonnaise-Free Tuna Salad image

A nice evening meal during the hot summer. Serve on a bed of lettuce if desired.

1 (12 ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
⅓ cup chopped celery
⅓ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons sliced black olives
3 tablespoons sliced green olives
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon dill weed
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Mix tuna, celery, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, black olives, green olives, green onion, and cilantro together in a large bowl. Beat olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper together in a separate bowl; drizzle over the tuna mixture and toss to coat.
