My family and I can't get enough of these little meat loaf muffins topped with a sweet ketchup sauce. They are the perfect portion size. This recipe requires no chopping, so it's quick and easy to make a double batch and have extras for another day. I've given them to new moms, too. -Joyce Wegmann, Burlington, Iowa

I love that this recipe is so versatile. I've made it with different types of ground meat, and I've also added different vegetables and spices. It always turns out great.

These mini meatloaves were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I'll probably make them again, but I'll use less chili powder next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my mini meatloaves turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked them.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. I added some extra spices and herbs to give it more flavor.

I love that this recipe uses ground turkey instead of beef. It's a healthier option, and it still tastes amazing.
