I'm a vegan, so I made a few changes to this recipe. I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth, and I omitted the feta cheese. It turned out great!

I'm allergic to tomatoes, so I had to substitute another vegetable in this recipe. I used zucchini instead, and it turned out really well.

The instructions in this recipe are a bit confusing. It doesn't say when to add the vegetables, and it doesn't say how long to cook the rice.

This recipe is missing some important ingredients. It doesn't mention adding any salt or pepper, and it doesn't say how much olive oil to use.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my rice salad didn't turn out as good as I expected. I think I might have overcooked the rice.
