MEGAN'S GRANOLA image

Number Of Ingredients 12

8 c. rolled oats
1 and 1/2 c. oat bran
1 c. sunflower seeds or pepitas
1 c. finely chopped almonds
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 and 1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. maple syrup and or honey
3/4 c. canola oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. vanilla extract
2 c. raisins or dried cranberries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment or aluminum foil. In stock pot, warm the oil and sweeteners, cinnamon and vanilla. Add dry ingredients except raisins/cranberries. Stir. Spread mixture onto baking sheets. Bake about 20 minutes (check and stir occasionally to prevent burning). Cool, then stir in raisins or cranberries. Store in airtight container.
