Mexican Chorizo Noodle Bowl image

This is a really tasty noodle bowl that is quick and easy.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb chorizo
4 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp mccormicks grill mates chipotle and roasted garlic seasoning
32 oz chicken broth
2 c bottled salsa your choice
10 oz angel hair pasta
1 c mozzarella or asadero cheese
1/2 c fresh cilantro chopped

Steps:

  • 1. If there is any casings on the Chorizo remove it. Crumble the Chorizo in a large dutch oven. Add the garlic and seasoning and cook until meat is no longer pink. Add the chicken stock and salsa. Simmer 10 minutes.
  • 2. Add the pasta and cook another 10 to 15 minutes until pasta is done.
  • 3. Serve sprinkled with Mozzarella cheese and cilantro
